Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
If you're selling or renting a property, you’ll need an Energy Performance Certificate
DOMESTIC EPC
All UK residential properties require an Energy Performance Certificate - EPC for short. The certificate rates the energy efficiency and carbon emissions of your home on an A-G scale and must be part of the information provided when selling or renting a home in the UK. The process is non-invasive and simply requires a visit from one of our accredited assessors who will visit at your leisure and generate a report which will be used to gain your certification.
COMMERCIAL EPC
A commercial EPC is required when selling or letting any commercial or business premises (with a few exceptions - see our commercial EPC section for more details). A commercial EPC, like a domestic EPC rates the energy efficiency and carbon emissions of a property on an A-G scale. We are able to deal with all types of commercial premises - large or small.
